The hotel is located within three Georgian townhouses and located over 5 floors (lower ground, ground, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor).

• There are no lifts (elevators) to the lower ground or upper floors.

• There are four steps at the front of the building - assistance with those is always available.

• There are four well-appointed rooms on the ground floor - if required please ask for one of them when you make your reservation.

• There are telephones in every room and a member of staff is on call at all times.
